The Audit Commission has been established in the Joint Stock Company to exercise control over the Company’s financial and economic activities.
The Audit Commission shall be guided in its activities by the laws of the Russian Federation, the Company’s Articles, the Regulation on the Audit Commission and other internal documents of the Company.
When carrying out its activities, the Audit Commission shall be independent of the management bodies and executive bodies of the Company. The Audit Commission shall act in the interests of the Company's shareholders and it shall be accountable in its activities only to the Company the General Meeting of shareholders of.
The main objectives of the Audit Commission are:
- exercising the control over the financial and economic activities of the Joint Stock Company;
- exercising the control over the accounting procedure compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the and the submission by the Company of accounting (financial) statements and information to the relevant authorities and shareholders in the manner and time established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- improving the efficiency of managing the Company's assets and other financial and economic activities of the Company, reducing financial and operational risks, improving the internal control system.
Sariya Kashibulkhakovna YUSUPOVA was born in 1965.
She graduated from the Kazan Finance & Economics Institute with specialization in Financial Accounting & Economic Analysis in 1986, and began her career as an accountant at "Tasma" Production Association in Kazan.
She has been working in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan since 1991.
She holds the position of Deputy Head of the Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan since 2003.
Appointed as the State Representative (of the Republic of Tatarstan), to the Revision Commission of the Company by virtue of the “Golden share” special right by Order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 58 dated January 23, 2021.
Ksenia Gennadievna BORZUNOVA was born in 1980.
Graduated from Kazan State Financial and Economic Institute in 2003 with a degree in “Economist. Anti-crisis management”.
From 2006 to present – Head of Economics Department of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Liliya Rafaelovna RAKHIMZYANOVA was born in 1967.
Graduated from Kazan Financial & Economic Institute in 1988.
From 2010 to August 2012 – Head of Oil & Gas Production Section, Hydrocarbons Department, Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From August 2012 to present – Head of Oil Production & Refining Department, Ministry of Industry & Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Marsel Fagimovich ABDULLIN was born in 1982 in Aznakaevo, TASSR.
Graduated from Kazan Federal University named after V.U. Ulyanov-Lenin with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2004.
Graduated from the Kazan Finance & Economics Institute named after V.V. Kuibyshev with a degree in Finances & Credit in 2009.
He has been working as the Head of Property Department of NGDU Aznakaevskneft Division since 2007.
He was appointed the Head of Workplace Infrastructure Management Center, General Service Centre of Business Service Centre of PJSC TATNEFT n.a. V.D. Shashin in 2018.
Ilnur Imamzufarovich GABIDULLIN was born in 1976 in Zainsk, TASSR.
Graduated from the Kazan State Agricultural Academy with a degree in Economics & Management in the Agro-Industrial Complex in 1998.
He has been working as Deputy Executive Director of OOO SKP Tatneft-Ak Bars since 2012.
Guzal Rafisovna GILFANOVA was born in 1967 in Almetyevsk, TASSR.
Graduated from Saint Petersburg State University with specialization in Geochemistry in 1993.
Graduated from Kursk Regional Finance & Economics Institute with specialization in the Corporate Management in 2005.

Tatyana Gennadievna MALAKHOVA was born in 1976 in Almetyevsk, TASSR.

From 2011 to 2017, she worked as a legal counsel of the legal department of PJSC TATNEFT n.a. V.D. Shashin.
She has been working as a leading specialist of the Corporate Secretary Office of PJSC TATNEFT n.a. V.D. Shashin since 2017.
Ramil Shavkatovich KHAIRULLIN was born in 1981.

He has been working in the Accounting & Reporting Department since 2005.
